“One room was okay but I didn't stay in that one so I don't know how good it was. “Let me start by saying that the desk staff were polite and helpful- to an extent. BUT- do not stay here! 1. There were bugs (though dead) in the room. 2. “While the staff was very friendly— this is a motel at best, not a resort. Our room was filthy, people were smoking weed all around us, and the hot tub was not working so it was basically a bathtub. “We stay here just about every summer. Sometimes we book a cabin instead, but we enjoy our stays here. This year it wasn’t quite as clean & there’s a mold issue. Never had this problem in the past. “It was a great place to stay! It furnished a lot of things I never expected such as stuff for making s’mores, cooking oil or spray.
