Learn more about Cameron

Fly fishing enthusiasts flock to Cameron's stretch of the Madison River for some of Montana's best trout waters. Nearby Yellowstone National Park offers wildlife viewing while local ranches welcome visitors for authentic Western horseback riding experiences.

On August 17, 1959, a 7.5 earthquake occurred in southern Montana, killing 28 people and creating a lake. It is one of the more creepy places that I've been to. There are tons of bleached snags poking out of the water which in the evening become a popular nesting place for ravens. This photo was taken just after sunrise. #waterlust
