“This is a beautiful resort in a quiet mountain setting. We were here during the summer so can't speak to what it is like for a ski vacation but from what we can see it looks conveniently located to the ski runs and there is a gondola that goes from the hotel to the ski resort. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view and I would have given it 5 stars if we could utilize the view full time. “The location is wonderful sitting above the Gallatin river. This is the third time we’ve stayed here. I prefer the rooms looking across the lawn to the river, being unavailable, we were in a room overlooking the trout pond, lovely but the river is obscured by some additional buildings. The rooms are comfortable with everything one might need. Wild Caddis Restaurant is very good for dinner.”
