"The Condo is very nice and spacious. The location is quite a distance to Cabarete and Sosua. Taxi to either towns are not 200 pesos as stated in condo information they are 600 pesos each direction so $25 to $30 return depending on Canadian or American dollars. Their is no Bar or Restaurant at the complex. It has been completely closed for 2 years due to covid with no sign of its return. So eating out is very expensive if you add taxi fare. "The condo was great with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom.There are utensils to cook food and hot water in the shower. The bedrooms were nice and there's a grocery store across the street to buy food. Condo is in a great location."
