“This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, it was complete chaos — a line of at least 60 people just to check in. After wasting a significant amount of time waiting, we were told to go sit at the buffet and wait even longer for a room that should have already been ready, since we were past the official check-in time. Completely unacceptable.
The buffet was no better. The food quality was terrible and honestly felt like an afterthought. It didn’t come……
