"It was very fun, I came with the whole family. The room was clean and super close to the games, we really liked that. The room we had was a bit outdated, our USB charging port wasn't working, and the furniture looked a bit worn off. The service was amazing; we had a great time because of the people, to be honest. The only downside was that some areas were a bit outdated, and the lobby carpet had a strong odor of humidity and puke. The pool had a very strong chlorine odor, making it impossible to be in for more than an hour, and the pools had rust areas. Bathrooms were always clean and on point. Restaurants were nice and clean, and the food was decent, nothing out of this world. Hallways were clean and well-maintained. I didn't like that we had to pay $25 for parking per day. Like, why don't you just give it for free to the guests who are staying the night? It's very inconsiderate."

"This was very good value for the money. The fitness room is small, but the machine and the treadmill combined were a good workout. I enjoyed the simple breakfast. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Parking is easy. The room was clean with the right amenities. The windows need better sound-proofing. But, it was also a treat to stay in this historic hotel. I loved it!"

"Honestly, my family and I travel VERY often. This has to be one of the WORST stays we’ve experienced. Found bed bugs, pool had some molding around the edges and by chairs, pool and gym had codes in order to get in the doors which we needed to do about 3 times in order for them to work. On top of that there was a scary moment where the maintenance staff was caught peeping through peoples peak holes (including mine) and when confronted he lied and said he didn’t do that when I witnessed it with my own eyes. I could not believe it. My kids and I had to miss dinner because this man gave us the creeps to where we didn’t wanna leave our room until check out. It’s safe to say I did not sleep that night. I also woke up with bumps all over my leg ! There was also a lice bug in the bathroom (my kids and I did not have ANY SYMPTOMS of lice or bed bugs before arrival, concluding they 100% there upon arrival."
