My family had a lovely time at this hotel. We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very spacious and had extra sleeping space. The whole stay was excellent the rooms very clean as was the pool.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Best wheelchair accessible room I've ever had in a hotel room. Staff were a little less than available, but not completely AWOL. Just some room for improvement. When I first arrived, the desk clerk was counting out money for closing out a register (I think). Needed some daily hospital time in a snowy week. This location, availability, price, lack of congestion, views - all perfect for a relaxing week.

We were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was for the price! Our room had a very comfortable bed, great pillows, and a spacious bathroom. It even had a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal (stove, pans, utensils), and even a dishwasher and large refrigerator! We will definitely stay again!

The front desk staff were very helpful, the room was clean, comfy bed, shower was good (great water pressure & consistently HOT water!!!). The dog walk area didn’t smell that great (owners don’t pick up after their dogs) & even my dog didn’t like stepping into the area. The backdoor also doesn’t latch at all/is broken, even though it’s a “key card entry” door. Oddly enough, a handprint appeared on the Outside of my room window the last night I was there; looked like someone tried to...

Great room for 6 of us!

We stayed for a few weekend days in July. The hotel was easy to find, clean and beautiful, and surrounded by everything! I could have done anything from leaving and getting on the interstate in just minutes, shopping of nearly ANY kind, gone to a fast food drive thru, or sat down to fine dining. Comfortable beds, quiet environment - I could truely not have been happier!!

Nice hotel, great location. Ample parking, bar and restaurant located inside, with indoor and outdoor seating. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Masks are not required, but the services close very early.

Great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious and staff were very friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in Sioux Falls.

It’s our favorite hotel near the Empire mall. We’ve also stayed in the Fairfield inn and Residents Inn, but found the SpringHill Suites is nicer, with better mattresses and pillows. The room is well laid out with lots of room.

The staff checking me in was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and was perfect for my stay.
