“Absolutely disgusting.. room smelled horrid as soon as you walked in of piss soaked carpets.. couldn't even walk around without shoes on as the carpet was sticky. Holes in walls, doors falling apart, ceiling holes, trash scattered outside everywhere, just disgusting... only thing going for them is the waterslide. We canceled our 2nd night and will be pursuing a full refund, would have left same night of check in had it not been so late. I see now why they say no refunds upon booking.. because……

“When we checked, the staff were not wearing anything indicating that they were part of the hotel staff as they were wearing regular clothes. After we had checked in, we went to our room. We did not have hand soap in the room nor did they have any in stock on the property. The pool was closed as they did not have the proper cleaning supplies to clean the pool. They did not had very little to offer for breakfast and the same goes for coffee. The vending machines were mostly empty.”
