We had a great time in Canmore. Franco was very responsive and is the best host we’ve ever had! The free bottle of wine and Banff park pass was a nice added touch! The kids enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! Definitely will be coming back!

We always enjoy our stays at Mystic Springs Chalets! Our host this stay was Franco & he was great, as was his condo! Everything we needed was supplied. We loved being just a few steps away from the hot tub & we made good use of it in the -20 weather! We always meet interesting people to visit with in the hot tub!! We also really appreciated the bottle of wine & the use of the park pass! We were very appreciative that Franco was able to accommodate our request for a date change in our reservation, due to extreme weather (-41). We totally enjoyed our stay in Franco's condo & we will book with him again!

Great Condo!
It was a lovely condo and easy to find and located in a good spot to all amenities. The only downside is the parking is tight and lots of other condos park more than one vehicle when your only allowed one spot so coming back from Banff after skiing and dinner later leaves you with no parking and have to park minimum 3 blocks away. I would definitely stay again but parking could be better sorted out.

The listing was accurate: spacious, clean and well decorated. Above all, Franco was wonderful. He communicated promptly and helped answer any and all questions we had. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations! Would highly recommend renting this unit. The only issue we had was the heated pool was not as warm as in the past, but the hot tub was wonderful!

These hosts are amazing and the property is absolutely perfect! Our family absolutely loved our stay. The chalet comes with a lovely welcome basket and lots of amenities to make your stay very comfortable. Our kids (ages 7 & 10) loved the playroom/Harry Potter room under the stairs and the pool & hot tub facilities are awesome -even better than the photos! I really can’t say enough about the hosts -we have stayed in tons of rental properties and these hosts truly stand out as some of the best. Communication was awesome -quick, professional, friendly, helpful… we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

Beautiful home, great location in Canmore, near Banff
This was our 1st time visiting Banff and this was a perfect home base in Canmore. Only ~15 min from Banff, less than an hour from Lake Louise, ~2 hrs to Jasper. Very clean (they take off shoes in the house), well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nicely decorated. Canmore was beautiful in its own right, surrounded by mountains, easy walk to trails, shops, restaurants. Franco's restaurant recommendations and information on hikes were extremely helpful! We only had time to visit Banff and the Icefields Parkway this visit, hope to make it back to see Jasper on a future visit. Would highly recommend this home for anyone planning a trip to this stunning area!

Great location in Canmore. Only a block away from tank 310 (grizzly paw brewery that allows kids) with great selection of craft beers and craft pop. Close too restaurants. Swimming pool and hot tub located just behind the back door. Laundry is in the same building and they do have a change machine if your shirt in change. Harry Potter room for young kids. Franco was an excellent communicator with us and made sure we had everything we needed for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids (3yo and 5mo). House was clean, well appointed and set up for us. What a great trip! We come with another family to Canmore every year. We’ve stayed in various rental places including a whole cabin and i can honestly say we’ve found our go to place finally! The location is unbeatable. Downtown is close, but all of your essentials are even closer. Convenient store, beer/wine store, various restaurants, icecream shop, etc are all less than 5 mins away. Theres a wonderful paved path behind the resort thats great for kids without the fear of cars. Pool was perfect and just around the corner from our door. Kitchen had all the amenities needed and the kids loved the harry potter space. Beds were incredibly comfortable. The BBQ space is very close to the property, I wasn’t too keen on bbqing as I thought itd be a ways a way but it was close with picnic tables available as well. Communication with Franco was always quick and he was very accommodating. Thanks so much! We can’t wait to come back.

Thank you for an absolutely incredible place. The "home" had essentials that many Hosting Homes don't even think about. From kitchen appliances (rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, etc); and unlimited access to kitchen essentials (paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, olive oil, salt/pepper, etc) to home essentials (towels, pass, ski storage, etc). Our first night, we had no hot water but the owner dealt with this the following day which was awesome especially after a day skiing. **Positive owner's prompt solutions and actions. Location is close to downtown and ski resorts. Outdoor pool/hot tub was fun for the kids. Highly highly recommend Franco's place.
