The comfortable, coastal-modern living room might coax you into an afternoon nap, with its new sectional sofa complete with fluffy throw blankets & pillows. There is a full-size Murphy bed in the living room.
A beautiful river stone hearth with a stately hardwood mantle adds a romantic ambiance. Mounted above the gas fireplace is a Smart RokuTV. Unwind here to stream your favorite shows and movies, or play family board games on rainy days. The oversized windows in the living room bring in natural coastal sunlight.
The living room has a welcoming organic style of natural materials; stone, wood, woven textures, organic fibers, and coastal hues of driftwood, seagrass, navy, Aegean blue, and sea glass green.
Kitchen & Dining
Begin your day with coffee at the breakfast bar, as fog lifts from the coastline, unveiling Haystack Rock and Needles. Traveling with littles? Prepare scrumptious waffles on the waffle iron. After early morning tidal pool exploration and/or boutique shopping, grab takeout from a downtown restaurant, then stroll back home for a round of drinks and alfresco lunch on the deck. This alfresco dining table offers seating for four.
This fully-equipped chef's kitchen has crisp white custom cabinets and plenty of space for all your necessities. Luxe appliances include a full-size fridge, gas range, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor, and a farmhouse-style sink.

Both bedrooms have new, top-of-the-line mattresses, luxurious linens, premium pillows, sheets, and blankets, closets with built-in shelving and hangers, nightstands with reading lamps, ceiling fans, soothing, warm earth tones, and organic decor, conducive to restful sleep.

The house offers two full relaxing bathrooms. Both are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and hairdryers, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. The primary has an en-suite bathroom with an over-size, single-sink granite vanity, a beautiful skylight that brightens the space with natural light, a glass-door tub/shower combo, and an attached laundry room with a washer and dryer. Bathroom #2 has a double-sink vanity, and tub/shower combo.
