"Some real 5 star elements at this hotel. The Spa is a world class experience and very fairly priced for the amenities. The kids activities are excellent. The Waterpark superb. Fav food was the Indian restaurant. Upgraded to club level for better breakfast options. The staff are incredibly kind and hospitable. "

"Our stay at Casa Gigi was absolute perfection. The home was spectacular. Amazing group areas be enjoy each others company, then large enough for us all to have privacy. The house is incredibly well built and beautifully appointed. The pool overlooking Punta Espada #5 was spectacular from morning coffee to evening swims. The host thought of every detail to make our stay better than any 5-star hotel. Recommend a golf cart, which is how you can experience all that Cap Cana has to offer. Would 100% go back. "

From the moment I arrived, the vibe was energetic, welcoming, and unmistakably unique. The resort blends luxury with a sporty, active atmosphere in the most refreshing way. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the Marina and palm-lined grounds. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details—like premium toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV perfect for winding down after a beach day. What really stood out to me was the energy of the resort. Whether you’re into beach volleyball, poolside games, or just lounging with a drink in hand, there's always something happening. The staff made the experience even better—super friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure every guest was having a great time. Jhoan was especially great he made the check in process very smooth and always had a bright smile on his face! Lewis too! The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of flavors—from local favorites to international dishes—and everything I tried was fresh and delicious.
