“Go to VIP exit in airport for the shuttle. Airport staff wasn't very helpful. Hotel and restaurant staff is great, but I paid the $20 resort fee in cash during check in, and just got billed on my credit card for it. Beware!”

“Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". They have zero clue. Don't smile just cold personalities on the whole resort campus. Apartment. Door code is 8 numbers long its a-lot to remember each time,……

“Amazing place to stay! From the beautiful landscapes, rooms were fantastic, pools and beach were great too. The food, drinks and service was first class, the staff really takes care of you. ”

“Friendly people, clean rooms. They came in handy for one night we for stuck in Punta Cana. Location was perfect being close to the airport. The only thing that i didn’t like was that they did not provide face towels, just shower towels. However, I would stay there again.”

Le déjeuner compris est un plus qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le condo est par contre un peu défraichi, quoique très propre et calme. Pour une nuit, c'était parfait, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport, dans Bavaro.”
