"Very clean and well equipped property with friendly owners. The living space in small but adequate. Seating area outside was lovely to enjoy after our walks in the hills to the north. The road that runs from Vence to St Jeannet runs past the property and it can get noisy at rush hour and precludes walks from the door but other than that it was well placed for walks to the east, west and north with short car journeys to the start and end."

"We booked the property for its convenient location to the sports stadium as we were watching matches in the rugby world cup. We had a warm and friendly greeting from Julie. The property is compact but very pretty. The facilities are good, nice coffee machine though a kettle for tea would have been useful. We also learnt how to master one-pot meals as just a single hotplate but that was not a problem. Nice little outdoor seating area screened from the main house by plants etc. The swimming pool...

"This booking was a disaster. The garage entry fob did not work. When we arrived to the unlocked room, the linens were hanging and drying at the front door and the patio. The electrical box in the apartment was opened, and a sharp metal strip wasdangling from the bedroom wall. We requested a room for four people and two beds. We received a queen bed and a futon that one toddler could sleep on. At this point, we requested a refund from the owner, to which he agreed. We immediately returned...
