Really enjoyed our stay. Staff went above and beyond, breakfast was top notch and the Location was great.

⭐️⭐️ Disappointing First Experience This was our first time at Margaritaville Cape Cod. We were excited to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. I paid almost $500 for one night, not including food and other expenses. At that price, I expected much better service and hospitality. From check-in, there was confusion about a charge even though my stay had already been paid in full. Since it was our first visit, I expected some orientation about the resort, pool hours, activities, parking, and what was open or closed. Instead, I had to ask about everything. We weren’t given a map or activity information, and I simply did not feel welcomed. I also paid an additional $50 for a birthday package. In the room, there was only a small cake that did not look fresh or well-presented and ONE partially deflated helium balloon. For $50, this was extremely disappointing. As a Latina guest, I also left feeling uncomfortable and wondering whether that played a role in how unwelcome I felt. I cannot say for certain, but that was unfortunately my impression. For the amount of money spent, I expected a much more memorable experience for my daughter’s birthday. Sadly, I left disappointed and feeling the service did not justify the price.
