Fisherman's Dream is the perfect home for boaters seeking an upscale residence with un-matched quick access to the Gulf of Mexico. Situated in the very popular Yacht Club area of Cape Coral, the home has been completely updated with three bedrooms, two full baths comfortable outdoor lounge living area with a brand new salt swimming pool.

On stepping through the entrance you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Furnished and decorated in warm, modern tones; the quality of this home is instantly apparent.

The Kitchen has white wooden cabinets and designer granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the Kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks.

The Master Bedroom comes furnished with a King size bed, custom made linens, a flat screen cable TV, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, his and her basin area, and a commode.

On stepping out through the French doors, the west facing pool and deck area are over sized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! To make the very most of outdoor living, the home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue for dining and entertaining, which is very much the focus of this wonderful home.

The City of Cape Coral is a Gulf Coast town in the sunshine famous for being on water. In fact almost every street is on water, and Cape Coral has a larger amount of canals and waterways than the City of Venice in Italy. With water being such a focal part of the community, Cape Coral is a very popular choice with fishermen and boaters alike. The canals are teeming with fish, such as snook and even the most novice of anglers should enjoy some success. Good House for a Good Price
The property was very clean, also enjoyed the pool and the dock outback. I fished and caught multiple different types of fish in the canal behind the house. The house comes with fishing pools but you will need to buy reels if you want to fish, also the bikes come with the house and they are very fun to ride. I would come back to this house and recommend it to others!

Great House and Pool
We stayed her for a week in early April and it was great. The pool was warm and the house is nice. There is a Burrowing Owl on the property line with the neighbor! The fishing was pretty good the week we were there, my daughter caught her first fish! I do suggest renting a kayak if staying, lots of places to explore through the canals.

The property was true to its description. The salt water pool was wonderful. We covered it when not in use and this kept the temp. perfect for night swimming! The house was well stocked with everything we needed!!! We biked to local restaurants and had great morning walks to the Yacht Club. Our host, Patricia was wonderful to work with.

This property was a great spot for the four of us to stay at. Very clean, very nice inside and super close to everything. The bathrooms are beautiful and plenty of towels for us to use. Patricia also checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. Great host would highly recommend.

Beautiful Living Space and Fabulous Pool!
We loved everything about our relaxing stay at this property. The house is even more beautiful than reflected in the pictures and the salt water pool is SO delightful! Both stylish bathrooms have a large layout with amazing oversized showers. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. It is located close to Fort Myers Beach as well. The owner, Patricia, was so friendly and accommodating to our special requests. My husband and I definitely plan on returning just as soon as we can!

We loved the house and the pool. There were only two of us so it worked well, but would certainly be great for a larger group. The house was great. The AC worked well as the temperature was very comfortable plus we used the ceiling fans. Loved the large island in the kitchen and how open it was. Loved the pool and outdoor area. House was clean. Very convenient location as it’s easy to get around Fort Myers. Great restaurants in Fort Myers. We recommend this location!!

The property was in great shape when we arrived. It was no secret that the area was hit by a major hurricane a couple months before. While there were a couple minor, cosmetic things still in progress, the house was beautiful and in great shape. We enjoyed the sunsets from the lanai and enjoyed the pool. The owner was very communicative with us throughout. We would gladly stay here again.

Stated a specific rate per night but that rate was only for 2 people. Owner jacked up pricing even with the house having been flooded from hurricane. House smelled like mold and baseboards were all pulled off walls. Poo not funcional during stay. I realize Hurricaane had hit 3 weeks prior but owner should have been honest.

Hurricane damage
There was a hurricane that hit the area I can understand some damage. This homeowner should have never made this home available to rent. The baseboards where ripped out and half the home had electricity. Huge mold spots throughout the home where drywall was close to the floor. Pool was dark green water definitely not safe to swim in. My dad has respiratory problems and had to sleep in the truck.

Beautiful house
We really liked the house. The kitchen was well done and bathroom was great. The only problem we had was the pool It was nice but there were no railings to hold on to when you went in and out. It took us 20 minutes to get my husband out as he could not get out without something to hold on to. The pool was one of the things we looked forward too. Otherwise we had a nice time.

We spent a few days at the property, but it was great, we managed to fully enjoy the pool area. the property is well located, there are many places of service around. The beach that is a 4-minute drive is good to enjoy with the family. We loved the weekend we enjoyed at this property. Thank you very much, we hope to be able to rent again. The property has everything, the kitchen is equipped to cook without a problem, as well as personal hygiene in terms of towels, there were enough. Very good choice when choosing this property.

Great vacation property
Checked in nice and easy. Jumped straight into the pool. It was perfectly warm throughout our stay. Rooms and ammenities were exactly as advertised not to mention clean and ready to go! Half mile away from 50 resturants and the main drag through town. Rode my bicycle to a couple places as the area is very bicycle friendly. A quick 25 minute drive and your in Sanibel or Ft Myers Beach. If I visit the area again, I will be staying here for sure.

Perfect Spot for a Getaway
My son and I booked this property for a baseball tournament in Fort Myers. It was perfect. Great location to all the fields, well equipped, and just as pictured. The pool area and dock on the canal are fantastic. We were so excited to find this property and look forward to coming back in the future!
