“Upon opening front door-a moldy, musty odor was very strong. We opened the window and front door to air out. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The toilet was loose and rocked when sat upon. Would not come again. ”

“Don't stay here. I'd spend the small amount more per night and go to Surfside Resort down the street... which is what we did. The room was gross- a 2-inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor at the entrance. The kitchen was noticeably slanted downhill, and the bathroom had a cardboard sign in the window that said "do not open..." (clearly it didn't work, but that sign has been there a long time, too, given the water marks on the cardboard). The fridge had noticeable dust, brown...

“This room was a great home base for me during my trip to the Oregon coast. The location is perfect! The beach and the downtown area are both within easy walking distance. Though the property felt a bit dated, it fit in with the "vibe" of Rockaway Beach as a charming old beach town. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I would absolutely stay here again.”
