“What a wonderful room and view. We enjoyed our time immensely”

“Great view, easy walk to the ocean. The cabin is very old and needs work. The shower was very warn, toilet was loose, the main window didn’t lock. Tv didn’t work, minimal kitchen items, very old microwave and hot plate. The cabin was extremely small snd bathroom was smaller yet. The host communication was extremely lacking. We wont return. It was VERY OVER PRICED!!! ”

“It was "fine". That is, the bed didn't break, the door locked, and things were reasonably clean. Beyond that, I don't have much positive to say. There was mold in the bathroom, daylight shone through the reveal around the door, the TV turned on but was stuck on a color-swapped Fox News, and they tried to save pieces of flooring during renovation (estimated at 40 years ago) by spacing out the flooring so much that you think you're walking in a cattle guard. Just be aware that you get what you pay……

“The property is clean and well maintained. One suggestion is to put coffee makers in the rooms. It would be nice for us early morning coffee drinkers to have that option since the lobby doesn’t open until 8AM where there is a machine.”

“Beautiful views, steps from sand! The loveseat in our unit was disgusting, very old, full of crumbs. No chairs on the balcony, just a wooden bench Very steep steps made it very hard for my friend with limited mobility to climb.”

“The rooms need some renovation and the parking lot was a bit rough. Not a lot of options in the area so for a quick one night stop over it was fine.”

“Delightful room with great view. We're older so the steps were a bit of a pain, but the room was worth it. Location was O.K. with nearby food, but the "kitchen was well enough equipped to make just about any meal.Plenty of parking, but Shade parking was limited. due to delays in registration we were "given" a king upgrade. Didn't mention we lost discount so paid more. If we returned we'd probably stay here again”

“Very quiet on the back side. Fun watching boats going in and out. Very good location. The parking was right in front of the room”

“Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We could see Haystack rock from our second floor room, which was very nice. Got some excellent sunset pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean! The only downside is there was very little counter space in the bathroom. The cleanliness of the room offset that minor issue.”

“This is a charming, old-fashioned motel to stay in, brought nostalgia for the days before large corporate chains took over the landscape. Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet and quaint. You feel like you are in your own little world...we only had a brief interaction with the gentleman in the office and saw other guests from a distance. Check-out was quick and self-service. A great place to get away from crowds, noise, stress. No breakfast buffet, but several dining options are close by.”

“It wasnt we were expecting, it did not match picrtures online; it was rundown and was a repurposed single wide trailer. Check in was at 4 but it was not ready til 5:30 because they were unaware we had reserved it. The lake is beautiful but for the price and the place, go down the road a few miles and stay somewhere else.”
