"Beach View was great, host was great. The bathrooms were clean. Windows and stove top were not clean and items left behind from previous guests in the the room. It's definitely an older building, the floors dipped and you can definitely hear the guests above you. "Renters beware! This place was a tired, old, gross room to stay in! It is in need of serious repair and cleanliness. The room we had looked nothing like you see on the website! The bathroom was gross...duck tape on bottom of door, we were left with an extra small roll of toilet paper, bottom sheet had a stain on it (think blood), and outlet by my side of bed had no cover. Plus furniture was outdated and it was just disgusting! Amount paid was decent, if hotel would have been decent but it was 100% not! Will never return and totally do not recommend! "

"parking fine, convenient to entry to room location, heating comfortable, no air needed at the time of year. Staff was fine, most friendly, helpful. there were very few towels, especially wash cloth (only one) no hand soap, no shampoos, only what was in shower. and no breakfast of any kind, did have coffee & tea, that was it. I think the mattress needed replacing, not comfortable. Also, walls very thin, first night was very noisy most of night, people tromping around."

"We stayed in Kumbya Airstream and it was very clean. We had a smores kit waiting for us on the dining table! Nice surprise. The bbq had fuel but wouldn't ignite and had dirty rusty grates.
