Once you've visited all of the great sights in Hato Rey Sur, there's plenty more to discover in the region. Grab the keys to a rental car, pack your bags in the trunk and get out there. Here are some road trips we think you'll enjoy:

• Culebra is around 50 miles from Hato Rey Sur. Top-rated tourist spots like Flamenco Beach deserve to be high on your must-see list while you're in town.
• Your next pit stop? Consider Garrochales, which is around 35 miles away. Bosque Estatal De Cambalache is one local highlight you shouldn't miss.
• Playa Sardinera is 130 miles from Hato Rey Sur and is one of the region's most gorgeous nature spots. Go for a wander around and enjoy the fresh air here.
