Only little down was the house keeping in our suite wasn’t the best. i must of left $10 daily and 2 days they did not read the note took the tip and did not left the extra towels nor remove the garbage as well it happen couple days. The hotel was very nice but overchared my card fir food and dining. Me and my friends paid with cards at the bar and eating areas and still was some how charged. When I called the representative said she will check and I still haven't received a call back or my money back.

Everything in our stay was great. "By far the best resort we'd stayed since coming to Puerto Rico on yearly trips. The rooms were clean/comfortable. The only complaint would be the humidity in the room causing moisture wetness, but leaving the AC on helped. The restaurants were fantastic. Hats off to Fernando, the pool attendant, who kept us entertained and has a people oriented personality. Also, using Uber is cheaper than renting and paying for parking."

"We had a beautiful vacation at the Fairmont. The lobby is stunning and the pool/beach area is dreamy. I read reviews complaining about stained carpeting and marks on the walls. This is a hotel, not an operating room… What do people expect? Yes, the food and cocktails are pricey, but again this is an upscale resort in a touristy area, it goes with a territory. Every single staff member that we encountered was pleasant, friendly, and eager to serve. "

"The Pelican looks just like the photos however there are a few things missing such as the vending machine and the jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace. Room service also did not clean our room, however they did bring as towels the day after we requested them. It was easy to get in and out of the property, and it was close to everything where you could either walk or Uber there."
