"We stayed here last minute after an evening at the hot springs pool. It exceeded my expectations. Nice basic room, comfy beds. Better price than the other options. We appreciated having a table and 2 chairs to eat our pizza at. The front desk gal was friendly, helpful, and switched my room to one she thought was better. The breakfast had decent options, including yogurt, hard boiled eggs, fruit, etc. Convenient location and quieter than expected, even with many cars parked in the middle (the buildings are in a U shape, open in the front). Nice distant view of local mountain."

"A clean room. Updated amenities. Two negatives: Swarming gnats/tiny bugs around the outside light right against the entry door. Tiny bugs entered easily when opening the door. Harmless bugs but unwelcome. No in room coffee, had to walk to office for it. Might look elsewhere for next overnight stay."

"Staff was helpful & friendly. Ate 3 meals in restaurant. First two were excellent. Third meal, my chicken piccata was inedibly tough. I sent it back & ordered a burger which was ok. The waitress indicated that this wasn’t the first complaint about the chicken. The disheartening part was no offer of a comp or even a discount. The manager said “two out of three is good, right?”!!! Seriously???"
