“If you have a student at Kenyon College, this is a great place to stay. Very close to KC with the conveniences of Mt Vernon. Property was clean and easily accessible. The bathroom is tiny- can’t image sharing it with 4 people but it worked for 2 of us. Wish we had known about it before this graduation trips-would have definitely stayed here more often.”

“This property is well off the beaten path. Most times, you can’t hear any human activity; just birds, insects and the breeze in the trees. It has a spacious kitchen and living area, and comfortable beds. Stay here if you’re looking for peace and quiet and don’t mind driving 20 minutes to get supplies. The host is very communicative as well. We really enjoyed it!”

“Perfect quiet area... We took a walk along the road and neighbors were so nice. Didnt get a chance to enjoy the patio but i imagine the warm days it will be a nice view! Definitely child friendly, family friendly home... Not far from Mohican State Park and Honey Run Falls! ”

The location was perfect for our needs, and it was spacious enough for our family of six. Plus, it was a convenient distance from the university and plenty of eating options. “We had a great stay for the OSU graduation. We were a big group and there was plenty of room. The air mattresses were a great touch. Communication was great throughout. The area is quiet and safe. If it had not rained all weekend the backyard space would’ve been good to utilize. There was also an enclosed front porch, which was nice to watch and hear the rain.
