“Only problem was that the room we checked into had hair in the bathroom and the refrigerator was missing the temperature knob. They said we could switch rooms but then a staff and manager came to the room saying they wanted to see the problems before moving. Made me feel like they thought I was lying.”

“Slightly over priced and breakfast wasn't included.. I've heard a lot about Aloft properties so I decided to try th out. They need to pay more attention to the bathroom design. No ledges nor shelving to hold your personal shower items. I had to leave the shower door open and grab my items from the nearby toilet seat that I had to cover with a towel.”
