"It has been a good resort but probably mediocre when compared to others (if I am being a resort snob). It has a good mix of romance and fun since it is a family resort. This is the perfect time to come. The first two days were the busiest but the rest of the week has seemed to have fewer and fewer people. Staff is super friendly! Food is about average as well when compared. Our walkout is neat but not a necessity. There is ample pool space and the beach is nice too. The shows at night have been a good variety as well. Would be helpful to have a weekly schedule as opposed to daily. You can easily miss out on some ala cart restaurants because they are on rotation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The room was cleaned everyday. The staff was amazing especially our butler Agapito and the bartender Tomas and Jose. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and always smiled. We were treated with the upmost politeness and will defintely return back when we can. The Ac in the room was top tier for those hot days and muggy nights. I do recommend the swim out pool room as it’s on the first floor and good for a nightcap"

"The drinks at some of the bars were not good, in my opinion swim-up bar was the most decent choice and best drinks. Stuff is amazing, pool is big and clean, property clean in general, but when I book 5-star hotel I expect them to at least have a tv-subscription so I don’t have to watch 20 min ads with only 10 minutes watching the movie. Also room was good, but the paint job/maintenance parts of the room/pool were not the best, not a 5-star hotel level, I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive 5 starts and I would give this hotel 4/4.5 starts, not 5. Room service food choice and the way it’s done - honestly bad. But cafeteria food was amazing, but a lot of days almost the same with barely any changes. Overall 3.5/5 in my opinion, BUT, will definitely consider coming back due to how calm it is and the beach, so clean and peaceful. But could be more free activities that you don’t have to pay extra for, kind of boring with that. And extra activities are WAY too expensive, I understand it’s a hotel and those are hotel prices, but again, I have experience to compare it too. Not bad, definitely worth coming back, but also not as good as could be for the prices they have."

"Staff were rude and very unhelpful and that was if you could find someone. Power was out on occasions which made the rooms miserable. Elevators did not work WiFi was offline constantly. our room flooded and no one helped to clean up the water. It flooded due to shower problems. the food had no flavor or it was cold. We also were expected to carry our own bags to our room and from our rooms with no help to be an all-inclusive resort. It was not at all. There was a charge for everything and this was not described.
