Carolina Castle Hotels

Everything that was requried and clean

Wonderful time in Puerto Rico! The hotel was fabulous!

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.

Customer Service!!!!! It was amazing, I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff was more attentive, friendly and helpful! The room was EXTREMELY clean as well. We arrived before check-in and Carlos, gracefully took our bags and sent is to have fun in PR. Within a couple of hours I got text saying that not only was the room ready but he had already placed our bags in our rooms which is extra special because it boutique style, there isn’t a elevator. Kitchen needs more utensils, sharp knife and cutting boards, everything else’s perfect !

Muy limpio y espacioso. El lugar perfecto para arreglarme antes de mi boda.

Newly remodeled, very clean and modern.

It was a nice property for something I booked really quick

This was the best stay that I’ve ever stayed at. It is right on the beach. The hotel rooms are perfect and even though the restaurants are expensive, they are pretty good. The bar at the pool is amazing but only open certain days

Really beautiful resort & it’s very close to the airport

Easy check in,clean facilities , good breakfast , helpful staff 👍👍

Beach was two min walk, property really clean. Oven view not so good, rough building in the way. Otherwise everything was really nice. Rooftop small but nice views and good food.

I am a retired Army veteran and have stayed at hostels. Nomada is the best hostel I have stayed at. When Flor is around, just know you will be treated like a house guest. She is awesome and very attentive to the guests needs. The property itself is very well maintained, clean and very accessible. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Perfect view of the beach. Customer service was A1! Front desk people were helpful & every was so nice!!

Everything was clean comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was great! Especially the coffee! And to our surprise we received a $50 credit daily at the bar. This was wonderful. The beach was a short walk but the pool was nice too. Great time in PR at the residence inn isle verde!

Room was a little dirty and our bed collapsed. But they got right up the and rigged it together….Overall good location

We woke up each morning to an amazing panoramic view of the water. The beaches were easily accessible, the touristy beach across the street and the mellower just 1/2 block away. There was a simple breakfast laid out all morning and a lovely common area and roof top deck to view the ocean and enjoy the breeze. The staff was warm and friendly. There was a microwave mini fridge and a safe in our room. When other reviewers said there were no amenities really what is missing are cups in the room,...

Everything from check in to check out was excellent very clean and bed was really comfortable the communication was very good as well
