"The house was perfect. Only thing that I didn’t like was the access to breakable things for a toddler. We had to move a lot of things so they didn’t break. The next park has nothing to do with the owners. This was just an inside to what we saw and experienced that might help other people when picking this location. The pool seemed dirty so we never went to it. We also didn’t appreciate all the dogs everywhere. The beach is not accessible to handicap people. It also is dangerous to go down there if you are little or a much older person with stability issues. It wasn’t that close to San Juan as I thought it was. With traffic it could anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes depending on traffic. My husband is a 3 time war vet and there was gun shots and fireworks that went off multiple times a night. This was very hard on him. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The pools were beautiful and relaxing, making them perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The apartment was well-decorated and clean. Everything was super convenient—just 15 minutes away, we found a great outlet mall in Canóvanas that features K1 indoor racing, an arcade, Golden Corral, and Popeyes. Right across the street, there’s a Walmart Supercenter plaza that includes Walgreens, Marshalls, Burger King, and KFC, among others, so we never had to go far for shopping or dining. Old San Juan was only about 45 minutes away, and both Google Maps and Apple Maps made navigating easy. Renting a car was definitely the best choice since everything was just a short, scenic drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay—I’m extremely picky, and I will definitely go back! 🌴🏊‍♀️🚗"

"My wife and I had the best time. The penthouse was just as beautiful as the pics. Definitely loved it, will definitely be going back. Hopefully we can get the same place. Personal beach, gated community, safe, near all the local attractions and spots to eat. Had an issue, owner responded in seconds."
