“I paid $225 per night for six nights to not have my bed and towels changed at all. Other guests or people outside fighting and yelling most of the nights. No air conditioning, just waking up in a sweat. Water not hot in the shower. Constant water running from the roof outside my door, and animals waking me up every morning at 4:00am. “Somebody put trash and dirty the terrace and the manager texted us blaming on us. It was very sad because we are very clean and respectful people I told her, we (I and my kids) never went to the terrace and to look the cameras because I saw a man staying there. I did not like her shouting on me and sending me videos about the trash on whatsapp. I don't know if we are going there anymore as I don't feel comfortable anymore to go there.”
