El hotel es encantador, desde la ubicación, hasta la decoración. Realmente cuidan cada detalle para que tu estancia sea memorable. El staff es super amable y atento, se preocupan por que estés bien y si necesitas algo, te ayudan desinteresadamente. Definitivamente regresaría una y mil veces aquí.

This was such an enchanting and wonderful place to stay during my trip to Cartagena. I would recommend it to anyone! The staff were amazing, the food was wonderful and the property itself was its own oasis. Great location and within walking distance to just about everything.

The place has a swimming pool and tub in the top roof and swimming pool in the first floor. The staff is excellent and very professional. The location is very convenient because is in the downtown area and close too everything. My son, my husband and I had a great vacation time at this hotel. We felt safe and comfortable. Thanks.

Pros - Beautiful property - Great location right in the heart of the walled city - Friendly and helpful staff Cons - Room had almost no natural light and very lim lamps. Very dark - There is a water fountain in the middle of the courtyard which is on all day and so loud in the rooms that it sounded like the shower in my room was running constantly. - Member of cleaning staff walked into my room without knocking Overall a pleasant stay, but not quite the high quality I’d expect for the price
