"We were visiting the Raleigh area for a hockey game at Lenovo Center. This rental was fine for what we needed it for. Good location in a safe neighborhood. We loved the accessibility to the greenway, it was very convenient for walking my dog! And the kiddos loved the playground nearby, such a nice facility! The only big complaint for us, was the fact that the kitchen isn't very well stocked. We went to make breakfast and there was no baking pan for the oven! Also, no kitchen linens.Communication...

"The apartment is about average condition. The kitchen is very poorly outfitted. The refrigerator ice maker was broken. No coffee pot (it has a 1 cup pod machine), no blender, the knives are the cheapest found. No hot pads or dish washing cloths. The toaster was broken. Very few clothes hangers. The bedroom dresser was broken. What was most frustrating was the exceedingly poor response from the owner wrt issues. Most were eventually fixed, but each took weeks.I won’t be back."

"This is not worthy of a VRBO rental. The driveway was filthy and littered with twigs and mud. So was the sidewalk and entry mat. There was also some type of cone all over all of the driveway. And when you walked in the door, there was no mat. And when you went to clean it, there was no vacuum or broom. There wasn't a garbage disposal and there was no drain filter for any food. You had to clean it out with your hands. The sofa in the "living space" was collapsed in the middle. So if you sat on...
