“Clean facilities, very pleasant host”

“We loved the 1960's charm but it could use some updating and yardwork - but it has so much potential and i hope it gets a make over. we loved the pool and felt transported back in time with the 60's architecture”

“Clean rooms”

“I liked that the property was near the freeway, and the front desk person was kind. However, the room was not properly maintained, it was very late and I had un packed when I noticed everything else, the sink and faucet were not cleaned it had tartar. The tub was dirty and moldy, not able to shower, the towels were old and stained. And the toilet was not washed/ cleaned properly it was dirty and stained by someone who had used it by going number2.”

“When I got there it took 20 minutes for the front desk person to check me in and when I got to my room there was an unmade bed, a used towel in that bed, trash in the trash can, and what appeared to be blood or another bodily fluid all over the toilet paper. When I brought it to the attention on the front desk she wasn’t happy she had to move me rooms.”

“The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.”

“Home was easy to locate and the driveway/carpot was nice to have. There were only two of us but the home easily accommodates six with extra corner parking and an enclosed back yard. The host communications were clear and prompt. Would stay again when passing through Arizona. ”
