“Super nice staff and the room was so comfy and tidy. Made my solo trip a lot better!”

“I found this unique and very affordable well-appointed townhome close to downtown and the Bottle District, and only 20-25 min from the airport and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. There was lots of space to hang out and if you wanted some separation, having the bedrooms on separate floors, both with ensuites was amazing. There was a house party on one night with the other people who live in the building, but luckily I had earplugs so it was a non-issue.I would definitely recommend this property!”

“If you love being downtown, in a beautifully appointed condo, with a great view, then welcome home. Amazing location close to a Krogers, and the canal, and walking distance to numerous dive bars. What more could you want?!”

“Was hoping this would be a pleasant two week experience in downtown Indy. Regrettably it was not. First, it’s billed as a 1 bedroom. It is not. It is a studio with a draped off bedroom area. And. No dining area. Second, upon arrival the place was dirty—hair and dust all over, beat up floors and walls, poor housekeeping. And then there’s parking. It is advertised as free parking—all caps. But it isn’t. There is a Denison lot across the alley, but the restrictions make it nearly impossible……

“Arturo was really great with communication, I was traveling with friends for a night out of town and the location was perfect for our group. The hot tub was very spacious so we were able to enjoy that also. The home itself was very spacious as well for all of us to have our own space and privacy. Loved my stay would stay here again if traveling with a group! Thank you for being an amazing host ”
