"Valet and Bell guys were great! Rooms were outdated but beds comfortable. Air conditioning needs replacing or to be updated - seems as though the rooms are humid. Check out is at 12 which I liked until staff started knowing on the door continually every 10 minutes along with phone calls. We were out with our bags and at valet by 11:45 just felt rushed- as they also turned the heater on in the room around 11 am to start pushing you out - thermostats are controlled by staff - this was a bad experience since the room was heated up to 75 while trying to get our bags together( it was 107 outside ) . The kids enjoyed the slides in the pool that was nice."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay! Definitely will come back but had an issue with our room when we got there. Was given a room without a pool view when I had paid extra for pool view and associate had to talk to a manager. By the time we got to our new room, an hour had passed. If I were to stay again, I would make sure staff has communicated amongst each other before walking to room."

"Fun, family friendly, great service hotel. i will always wonder why hotels with a Lazy River, Splash Zone, Water Slides, and Beach implement ridiculous policies like closing those amenetites at 5pm. It doesnt even get dark until 8pm, and the weather outside is literally 100 degrees until midnight. Ridiculous Restrictive Policies."

"My extended stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Cathedral City has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with their warm and friendly service. The daily breakfast has been a highlight - a surprisingly generous variety of fresh tasty options that make mornings easy and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel stands out, speaking of the room it’s been incredibly comfortable, quiet and equipped with all the amenities i could ask for.during a long stay. After nearly a month here, i can confidently say this hotel sets the standard for comfort and hospitality. "

"Pool and staff were awesome. Maid left someone else’s sock in our room, pool speakers blown and static and our bathroom faucet was loose and would shut off by itself. Elevator needs a total overhaul as it looks like a freight elevator"
