"Very clean and well maintained property, with dog friendly rooms, every one faces the river. You can walk to restaurants or bars or the huge park. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and empowered to make your stay great. Lots of parking, Ev charging, and a decent buffet breakfast. I stay regularly as it’s so handy just off the I5. Highly recommend."

"This is a 3 bedroom property. There is an open loft with a cot and a bonus room with a cot. The bonus room is through the primary bedroom, then bathroom. One of the queen beds needs a new mattress as it has a deep depression in the center which made sleeping difficult. The king mattress in the primary bedroom and other queen bed were comfortable. The living room furniture was comfortable but would be better with another adult seat. Kitchen cabinets were thoughtfully labeled and basic kitchen staples provided. The windows really need some blinds or curtains as we found ourselves looking for hats to shade our eyes from the afternoon sun. They also need a professional cleaning and the spider webs cleaned off. The loft needs curtains or blinds for light control and privacy from the street. Bathrooms were clean with lots of towels and extra blankets. The location is spectacular. We had a great time exploring the redwoods. Great parking for our 2 cars and big truck."

"For a relatively three-star rated motel there are many amenities of a 4-star location. The breakfast is OK, not great, however not bad. There are eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and waffle makers. Being on the river is a real plus and the safety features in place are good. We will stay again."
