“Sheep and chickens were friendly. They set the vibe perfectly to slow down and just enjoy. We were able to make a decent dinner between the grill area and the surprisingly efficient kitchen. Best shower we encountered over our whole trip - 5 stops. Bed was very comfortable. The record player was a nice surprise. Luckily we had been collecting our own along the way of our trip but I highly recommend the Brothers Reed out of what is available in the cabin.”

“Overall, it was a nice place to stay, very quiet, and well equipped kitchen. The things that were negative were, ants in the kitchen, on our food, so having to clean up after ants while on vacation, wasn't fun. The front bedroom bed was slanted down by the head, so only 1 person could sleep in that bed, so I had to sleep on the futon, which wasn't the most comfy but tolerable. I messaged the host about that but got no reply. We didn't have a table to play games at, because it was……

“Amazing location with Redwoods right next to the cabin! Loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views of the forest. Note: there is no WiFi and very spotty cell reception, so plan accordingly. Also the road noise from the highway was pretty steady until about 7:00pm, when the parks closed.”

“My family loved this private and serene cabin on our road trip. We slept great and enjoyed the peaceful area and atmosphere of the cabin and enjoyed making a nice breakfast and dinner before headed to the redwood national state parks for a long day of adventures”

“Super clean, absolutely adorable, and just perfect location! Nestled in the redwood forest yet close enough to Crescent City we could grab a great meal. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee which was a nice touch. The extra bedding was so good to have as the evening was cooler than we expected. Absolutely will stay here again!”
