"House was perfect for all of us to find our happy spots. Pool, hot tub, waterside, shady seats -- all used. Sunsets were great and walked daily to Rotary Park for fun or weekend activities. Area and house are still being rebuilt from Hurricane, but it didn't hamper us much (one nearby restaurant was still closed). Recommended!"

"Master bedroom on ground floor is perfect. Quiet corner lot. Lots of space for everyone. Love the bikes and extras provided in the gargage. Owner is very responsive! Only 2 notes...first hot tub is only on certain hours unless requested and second no binder for favorites, instructions, etc. Wonderful property and great stay!!"

"The townhouse was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all meals. The view is awesome! It was so nice to sit on the lanai and relax, yet still feel like you were on the beach! Suzanne was a text away, however, we never needed to contact her, as everything was clearly communicated prior to our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve never seen a home so stocked and ready to just come in and feel at home. Unfortunately I got sick on the trip and had to seek help from the fire department as to what the process would be to see a physician but other than that we consider the trip a huge blessing. "My best friend and I were so lucky to find Jason's place when looking for a place to stay while checking off a bucket list item of Spring Training with the Braves in North Port. Our accomodations exceeded our expectations and those of the pictures shared by the VRBO owner. The cottage was quaint and had everything we needed. You could watch the sun rise on Lemon Bay and it set on the Gulf. We were only 8 miles from North Port, home of the Cool Today Park, the Braves' Spring Training...

"The Canal House included everything you can imagine in a vacation stay! The pool had an awesome view of the canal and was refreshing after a day of outdoor activities. The house was well appointed, from coffee in the morning to grilling steaks outside. Everything was nearby so we were able to partake in numerous activities during our stay. "We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...
