“The Kimberly is a fantastic property situated in close proximity to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen. This house has all the amenities you could ask for. Everything from a sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub to a giant wrap around deck. The house was modern, clean and comfortable. Not a single complaint. “Book this property in July or August and it will be a magical setting. It should not be offered in late May. There is open air exchange to the outside through a space between the roof and the walls. With temperatures around 45 outside, it was extremely uncomfortable. Extra blankets were provided upon my complaint, but we had to be wrapped in blankets and fully clothed including shoes at all times.
