“The cabin was clean, quaint and quiet. However, the main reason we booked the cabin in Dec was for the hot tub which was not functioning (60 degrees) and completely filthy. The rental representative tried to get it working and then sent maintenance the next day, and they were also unable to fix it. I would think the owners should insure all features are functioning prior to renting. In the end I was provided a refund of 1/3 the total rent for the weekend which I appreciated, but I would have……

“The area is beautiful. The grounds around are unique and calming a great connection to the outdoors, but as my low rating for accuracy of the website, there’s no heat and our rooms ,except the bathroom, are exposed to the outdoor wind. The two mornings temperatures we were to be there were around freezing and below freezing. We only stayed the one night because of this. There are also no locks on the doors, only slide bolts from the inside, so the building is unable to be secured when you’re……

“Luca’s home was warm, comfortable, cozy and clean. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and Luca went above and beyond to show us around and accommodate our needs. My kids loved meeting all the animals and learning so much about them and their environment. I would highly recommend her home to anyone. We’ll be back when we’re back in Owego.
