"Very disappointed. Here's our experience in detail:1. Exterior is filthy, spider/cob webs all over exterior building. Nothing is clean as the picture portrays.2. Entrance is covered in cobwebs and bird poop on the handrail, door frame, side wall, and outside light. A great welcoming "first" impression.3. Living room and bedroom ceiling fans great you with an "inch" of dust on all fan blades and dust bunnies hanging down from both light and fan pull chains.4. The back patio is very dirty. Dirty is an understatement as it is covered in spider/cob webs, dust/dirt, all over the backdoor frame, kitchen window and BBQ area. 5. Hot tub patio fan was full of cob webs and the fan light housing had "hundreds" of dead bugs inside. So much so that when the light was turned on, only 20% of the light was visible due to the entire bowl section full of dead bugs. Someone also left their press-on nails on the fence ledge. Hot tub jets consisted of 20 jets of which only 3 worked. 7. Bed mattress is old, lumpy and sags at least 6" in the center. 8. Washing machine had a dirty/stinky rag in it. Iron did not work, bathroom had cobwebs hanging from ceiling over toilet, and first towel taken under bathroom sink was soaking wet.We travel frequently; however, reviews for this cabin are grossly inflated for its condition, price, and poorly maintained amenities."

"This lake house was incredible. Everything was at a 5-star level. The owner/property managers were so easy to work with, they provided a ton of information about the house, its amenities, and the local area before we arrived which helped us plan for our Men's Retreat with ease. They were also quick to respond to any questions we had even as far as four months out. By far the best VRBO hosts I've ever worked with!The house itself was immaculate. It looks just as good in 2026 as the video from 2019. They spared no expense to make sure the house had everything needed for our event, and even went above and beyond to purchase fire pit tongs and overnight them so they'd be there before we arrived.The house is huge, the back patio is amazing, and the bunk room was incredible. We also loved hanging out around the grill (outdoor kitchen is also a game changer) and down by the dock. There wasn't an area in this house that was relaxing and inviting.I can't say enough about how incredible our stay was. Even the water pressure and hot water was outstanding, and even though we had 37 guys in the house, we never experienced a loss of pressure or a cold shower.Thank you for opening your vacation home to us, and for making it a trip to remember for everyone who joined us. We're already planning our return trip!"

"Stunning venue for our wedding, everything we could think of was waiting for us upon our arrival, and our guests were stunned at the venue and rooms. We ended up using all the amenities; the pool, the kayaks, and all the living space. We will definietly be back for our anniversary! "

"Breakfast menu was bare...some good items, but many receptacles were empty. I had to request towels for all of the people in my party, and for the bedding for the pull-out sofa...and the additional pillows. The room service only provided a few new towels, but did not clean at all ---very poor cleanliness standards. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and that is the main thing for a hotel, but the staff was unable to get me an extra key, and the pool was unusable (and we all brought bathing suits), and there were not apologies for the lack of customer service."
