"Stunning venue for our wedding, everything we could think of was waiting for us upon our arrival, and our guests were stunned at the venue and rooms. We ended up using all the amenities; the pool, the kayaks, and all the living space. We will definietly be back for our anniversary! "

"Breakfast menu was bare...some good items, but many receptacles were empty. I had to request towels for all of the people in my party, and for the bedding for the pull-out sofa...and the additional pillows. The room service only provided a few new towels, but did not clean at all ---very poor cleanliness standards. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and that is the main thing for a hotel, but the staff was unable to get me an extra key, and the pool was unusable (and we all brought bathing suits), and there were not apologies for the lack of customer service."

My only complaint is that the pillows were too small and too soft. All in all very pleased with everything. I will definitely use this property again and recommend it to anyone that needs a rest spot in Rome Ga.."

"This is a historic hotel in a great location, however it is worn out and in need of a major upgrade. Interior units also need a total refit. The floors are not even close to level. Used the Elevator and noticed it has not been inspected and certified in a year. Would not stay there again until they update it."
