"Front desk clerk Anna checked to make sure our room was clean and ready for us to check in. Anna was very pleasant and helpful to make sure we would have a nice stay. Also Raquel the night clerk was very helpful in obtaining us an Uber to our concert event and made sure we returned back to the hotel safely before she left work that evening. Breakfast was also good. All in all these 2 ladies made sure we had a magnificent stay and we'll be sure to return again next time we're in Nashville."

"Nice hotel. Good value for money. Cosmetically it was very modern, fresh and clean. Breakfast was ok- for the most part, given the price. Overnight parking was good value. One no or negative is the lack of outdoor seating area /pool"

"The front desk staff was extremely helpful with local recommendations and the transportation to/from the airport was convenient. However, the reason for the poor rating was my experience in the room. I woke up to loud stomping from the room above. I’m not sure if the floors are just that hollow but this wasn’t faint, it was LOUD!"
