"A lot of random people walking around and not a safe neighborhood"

"House keeping is very slow. I had to wait 3 hours to get clean towels and eventually my husband had to go and fetch it for me. Parking is big no as it charges 30 dollars overnight. I had booked suite with the stadium view but apparently between the hotel and stadium there is new building under construction which they should update the changes on Expedia. Overall 3 stars"

"The room was great! It had everything we needed to cook simple meals and do laundry! The only downfall was all the loud city noises, once 11 hit it did quiet down. They made it easy to just Text if we needed anything."

"I was admittedly skeptical of a place with a 9.0 rating. The great: my room was spotless, no odor, and was fairly modern looking. Plus I was able to park close to the outside door near the room for easy access. (A Nice) Buffet breakfast included! The Good: the hotel is about 15-20 minute drive to downtown and maybe 5-10 min to the airport. They also have a shuttle to downtown which I think is $20 round trip. I did not use the pool but it was open and accessible and also had a working jacuzzi. Fair: I did not deduct from the rating for these; I thought the rugs out in the hall could use an update, and the outside of rm doors could use an update to something other than poo brown. The shower was very clean but could use an update to the framing when they can. Not a big deal though. Bad: nothing! Had a great stay and would recommend! "

"Stayed here for 3 nights with two friends and overall had a really great experience. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The only downside was the service at the bar/restaurant area. While the staff there were polite, the service was extremely slow and there didn’t seem to be much urgency, especially during busy times. Aside from that, everything else about the stay was excellent and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"The breakfast was good but when we were eating a massive cockroach crawled out from behind the booth. Ruined our appetite but before that the breakfast was fine. The pool also seemed like the filters may not be working. There was a lot of debris and dead bugs inside. The room was great quality and the staff was nice."
