Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel shuttle was convenient, since the surrounding area was limited in restaurants, shops. A quick 5-10 min shuttle ride took us where we needed to go. Stayed here for 2 nights and will come back the next time I'm in Dallas!

Poor management of two seperate issues during a short 3 day stay. Would have been fine if housekeeping cleaned the rooms and the water at the property was not off with no access to sink & showers.
