“06/2026: We were excited for our stay, but our experience was the worst of Costa Rica. On our first night, after a long day of travel, the toilet in Room 28 flooded after a single flush at 9:43 PM. No toilet paper had been used, so this was clearly not caused by misuse. We immediately attempted to contact the front desk, only to discover it had closed at 9:30 PM.
