"Plenty of restaurants to choose from and could always get a reservation which was a bonus. Super comfy beds, rooms serviced everyday sometimes twice, bringing fresh towels for the next morning. Staff were exceptional, Theresa at the pool looked after us and was brilliant and Jesus Torres in customer services was very helpful. Thank you, we will be back!!"

"Really enjoyed my stay here at this property, wish I could have had more time to explore it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The areas were kept clean. The Xplor park was my favorite! However I wish it was communicated or advertised somewhere that Xoximilco and Xel Ha was a great distance from Xcaret Arte Having an hour plus trip there and back wasn’t in my schedule and took away time from enjoying the Xcaret Arte property as I had planned. I definitely will be taking another trip to Xcaret Arte! "

"Limited food at the resort and no frozen drinks but the neighborhood was very walkable for getting outside food and drinks. Staff was amazing and my husband and I because great friends with Jose at Tequilaria. He helped us practice our Spanish and also recommended some of his favorite local eateries. We had an AWESOME time!"

"We thought the property was really beautiful. The staff were extremely nice and super friendly. The buffet was always a hit with our group. We also ate at Oceans by the pools, Seaside Grill and Bordeaux- a French cuisine. "

"Before booking this resort I read ALOT of reviews which were very mixed. I decided to book anyways and am so glad we did. The service was great. There were soooo many food options. I highly recommend trying the three restaurants you make reservations for and then the restaurant on the ocean. The swim up and lobby bar had very tasty drinks with generous pours. I do suggest you bring an insulated cup to keep your drinks cold. We ended up buying one there for about $25. Our room was upgraded to one with a swim up pool. Apparently rooms are assigned at check in so you get what you get. Unfortunately this means another family we were staying with were not close to us at all. The walk from the front of the resort to our room was far but I liked getting steps in after enjoying so much food. If walking is an issue you can always take the trams. We were approached once to discuss upgrading to the Privilege but after politely declining we were never approached again. Check in was long so I would suggest arriving as close to 3 as possible so you don’t have to wait once to check in and once to get your room assignment like we did. Overall our trip was great with lots of memories made! "

"The property was awesome. Inside was perfect. There was a bar, staff was attentive and i was able to schedule my tours there in the lobby. The pool has a bar, staff was friendly and wuick to serve. They have activities like ping pong, you can play golf, the pool is open until 9pm. Food was delicious."
