“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). “Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar im Dschungel und ist somit auch ein sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Ort. Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und haben sich für die Tiere vor Ort begeistert. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber vollkommen ausreichend für eine Durchreise.”

“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I……

“This place is a dream for anyone looking to get out of the hustle and bustle of Playa or Cancun. It is an ideal distance from both cities and nestled just outside of Puerto Morelos, which is a hidden gem for people that love good food and a chill vibe. I strongly recommend Sota Human Space. The accommodations are the best I've ever stayed at.”

“we stayed at Jungala Hotel, Great property, the rooms are spacious and clean, hotel has daily shows at the Mexican town, forgot what is called, the water park was awesome, our kids had a blast. Melani our concierge went above and beyond to make our stay superior, she really stand out and made the difference. Would definitely come back. ”

“The property was very clean but they continue to push hard the timeshare type pitch very hard to the point it was almost rude. The food was not good at all and the beach was beautiful but with so much seaweed it was hard to swim and enjoy. This was our second time at the resort and sadly our last. ”

“Great clean property with spacious rooms. The only thing i would complain about is the food . Food is mediocre and There is only 1 restaurant that’s split in half . They say 6 restaurants but the reality is its only one the serves different food every night . You don’t have the much of choice of what kind of you want to eat .”

“They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!”
