We had an incredible stay! From airport pickup to drop-off, everything was seamless, and our concierge went above and beyond. The food and entertainment were amazing and the Mariachi band one evening was definitely a highlight! Even with some construction, we barely noticed it. We especially loved the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It’s not a party resort, which was exactly what we wanted. We would absolutely come back!

We loved this property, the guest rooms were spacious and had everything that you might need. The pool area was clean and very relaxing. We loved that you could book your pool chairs . The service and staff were amazing, especially Mauricio at the front desk. Our concierge was lovely also. Lots of options for food and they were very accommodating meeting my dietary needs(vegetarian). Thanks so much for an excellent stay.

This place should be a 5 star hotel. The staff is amazing, the food is out of this world, the rooms are taken care of twice a day. They are spotless. I recommend this hotel 100% Only negative is when they try to convince you to go to a meeting in another property, trying to make you buy a timeshare. Ignore the concierges 100% no matter what they offer you. Never go to those meetings.

My husband and I loved this property because it was clean as well as quiet, had excellent food, great for scuba diving, the staff was very friendly, it had a beautiful beach and always important to me is having a bathtub in the bathroom.

I would definitely come back—what a wonderful place to relax and unwind! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved that they provided airport transfers to and from the property. We were also assigned a concierge who contacted us before our arrival and helped us book our trip to Tulum, which made everything so easy and convenient. We traveled with friends and two girls, and the kids had a great time. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the beach because of the sargassum issue, but that was a problem affecting all the beaches at the time. I did notice that the property made a real effort to keep the beach clean and free of sargassum, although it would unfortunately keep coming back. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!

The room was beautiful and always clean. The food was wonderful and was my son’s favorite part. I wish we would have gotten a quick tour when we arrived so we knew where everything was. We were given a map. It would have been helpful if we were shown where in the room we could find the QRS codes for everything instead of wasting time to try and figure everything out. The lobby bartender was by far going above and beyond at all times! So helpful, thoughtful and made an amazing mojito!!! We would come back and I will be telling my friends and family they should go there as well.

The whole 4 days of experience is wonderful. Good and friendly staffs, they are genuine and kind. Service is good. There was also activities at the pool for adults and kids. I didn't expect that the food will be that good. I also enjoyed the live acoustic performance. You will feell that Staffs are like family.

The grounds and rooms are beautiful. The food and drinks were great. If you want reliable transportation this is NOT the place for you. We also had construction during our stay in the evenings and on the weekend.
