We were not able to bring in all of our equipment into the room because it was upstairs. Unfortunately, our bikes had to stay out in the snow all weekend long there was no option for covered bike rack."

"A slightly disappointing stay, had expected better from a Hyatt. The internet was very poor in the hotel bedrooms, but worked fine in the lobby area. The room was very spacious, but the soundproofing was poor & could hear the crying/ screaming kids upstairs/ next door. The patio was very disappointing, just a narrow balcony with a view of a bush. The restaurant was good and the cafe shop & lobby area had nice seating. Overall I would not stay here again & it was not good value for money."

"We were allowed to check in early since our room was ready. The staff were very considerate. Kids enjoyed the stream near the shore. There were a lot of shower areas where you could wash your feet before you go back to your room. The location was perfect, walking distance to the braodway. "
