"Front desk while completely absent for at least 5 minutes,(not her fault), was so friendly and accommodating. She was obviously left at the front desk alone, but she did so good and helped out and was friendly and I really appreciated it."

I appreciate a Kurig in the room. I have stayed at the Academy Hotel a few times and will continue to book there when in Colorado Springs for business."

"Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Nice looking lobby and clean rooms. I don’t love the newish trend of having to pay an additional parking fee per night when you are already paying to stay there. I understand paying for parking at an event or something, but I think this should be included in the price of the hotel stay. Otherwise woulda been 5 stars."
