"Staff was just excellent. There was a convention that weekend (we were not there for) and you could tell it was chaotic, but everyone was handling everything amazingly. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. "

"Amazing location, room with balcony and kitchen was such a bonus. The headboard in our room did have some damage but that really is the one con of our stay. Water was hot, gym was nice, and the staff was super helpful, especially mid renovations to the lobby."

"Great location, clean and very friendly staff. Atrium view king bed room was small and darker than most hotel rooms. No natural lighting and room felt similar to an interior room on a cruise ship. Lamps provided lighting but not enough. Would stay here again and ensure the room type had an outside view. "

"The hotel overbooked the two queen bed rooms and said because we had booked through a third party they switched our room type. If I wanted one King size bed I would have picked a room with one king bed. The reason I booked this hotel was because it had a room with two queen size beds available to book. Your kind of out of luck if they don't let you know until check in."

"The breakfast was a standout. This was a full restaurant breakfast with a $24 daily credit per person. There was no giant fruit plate like in the photo but we got a great eggs / bacon / toast / fruit breakfast with OJ all included. I wish I had known it was applied as one bulk credit because I left before breakfast on the last day but could have had a dinner. Hotel was really hopping with a wedding one night requiring 2 ambulances & a cop but other than a wild lobby it was no issue. 9th floor room very quiet, beds comfy, bathroom clean, great toiletries, nice mini fridge and TV. One of the best mid-priced hotel stays I've ever had. Parking garage looks like it's going to fall apart - they need to fix that."

"The hotel is run down and really dirty, it has an unknown odor probably from trying to slap paint on a closed old hotel and make seem new. The hvac system was so dirty and moldy I refused to turn it on out of fear for my respiratory system. The amenities (or lack there of) needed to cleaned better (mainly the refrigerator which had rice in it), and the linen was obviously not changed in a while especially the pillowcases. The pictures on the website are not always the same as the actual site, but what I saw was a total fabrication. Would not recommend this place to anyone, not even to house your pets if you care about them."
