“Beautiful place. Bed was extremely comfortable. Overall environment was pleasant. Coffee set up was good for me as a black coffee drinker. We would stay again and would happily recommend it to others.”

In a great location if you want to be near to the river, cute downtown Guerneville and the Armstrong redwoods. We really enjoyed the applesauce bread and strawberries the owner left for us. While the microwave randomly broke on us, the owner was so thoughtful and Doordashed us a new one later that day. “There were 2 issues I had with my stay. I had to cancel the last day because of one of them. The hot tub was not usable. This is probably a short term problem and will be fixed quickly. Nonetheless, the reason I rented the property was because of the hot tub. The other problem I had was one I have with many places rented to many people. There was a chemical odor to the place that comes from many cleanings. It even permeated the bread I left contained on the counter. The place was beautiful and……
