“There were roaches in the room. One crawled across my face and they refused to refund, give a free or reduced night. They wouldn't do anything.”

“The desk manager was very rude! The bed had dust & dirt on it! Bathroom was nasty & key did not work so had to go back to desk to get new one & woman was very rude! I would like to request a refund if possible. Thanks”
